Description
Nine Mile is a district located deep in the verdant hills of the garden parish of St. Ann, Jamaica. On the 6th of February 1945 the reggae musician and peace activist, Robert Nesta Marley, famously know Bob Marley was born.
This mystical experience exposes you to its many historical artifacts including guitars, awards and photographs, the small cottage in which he was born and his final resting place. His body was entombed along with his guitar in a 2.5 m-tall (8.2 ft) oblong marble mausoleum inside a small church of traditional Ethiopia design.
There is a Rastafarian-inspired (red, gold and green) rock pillow said on which Marley laid his head when seeking inspiration.
